Absolutely. You can always update the price and other details of your services using the app. From your clinic settings, you can place your changes on all types of consultations.
When first setting your profile, you will be able to select your daily availability for conducting consultations and select the preferred duration for your consultation slots, for a defined period of time. Once this period expires, you will be able update your availability and slot durations again.
Ahead of each consultation session, you will be able to update the medical record of the patient by adding remarks, issuing digital prescriptions, and noting additional treatments required. In case more treatments were required, the patient will have to create new bookings for them.
All financial processes, including payment transactions and invoice send-out will be handled automatically by Willow Care. In case the payment method selected was “cash”, the Doctor will have to confirm the amount received from the patient using the app, after each consultation.
Indeed. You can always suggest a new place or change the appointment type directly through the app. The patient will have to approve this update. Once done, you will receive a notification by the system.
You can always suggest to reschedule any incoming consultation request. You will just need to select the new preferred date and time from the consultation screen, and await approval from the patient. We do not recommend constant shifting of requests, unless necessary. This is it can lead to the patient canceling the appointment in many cases.
